Juvenile justice stakeholders, including participants of the Utah Board of Juvenile Justice (UBJJ), the Racial and Ethnic Disparities (R/ED) Collaborative, and the Juvenile Justice Oversight Committee (JJOC), will meet during the 2024 general legislative session to review bills related to juvenile justice issues. These meetings are optional (but encouraged!) for UBJJ members.

Input received at these meetings will be shared as necessary during the Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice (CCJJ) legislation meetings. CCJJ may decide to take an official position on a bill, which is then reported to the Legislature.
